Vaklush Tolev, History and Theory of Religions, Vol. 1History and Theory of Religions, Vol. 1

Religion as faith and teaching about life bears the idea for the Entirety. It is an unity in the hierarchy of the human capabilities. It is an unity because it seeks, points out and realizes the perfection, the Way of deification.
Religion is which is dued tribute of God to His likeness. Filiation as Service in its realization generates respect. Soulness sacrifices itself, because Spirit is immortal. The change is not an attribute of God’s life, but God in man begins from the totem. We cannot renounce this god but with superior will and personal effort we are freed. Thus each religion as a necessity of time puts its “carved stone” in the Universal temple for millennia – while the clothes of civilization are being put off from the figure of mankind much more often.
Everyone has their happiness when they apply their sacred teaching in life and acknowledge to the other the right of being fellow person.
In front of man, in front of us, the unrevealed secret:
- about the Absolute and the limited;
- for the Imperishable and perishable;
- for the Contemplatible and the real;
- for the Spiritual rhythm and the cultural phenomenon;
- for the Universal consciousness and the personal worldview;
- for…
will always stay!
Lead by the above said the author allowed himself the boldness to present his short lectures on history of religions to students and readers as a manifestation of the great anxiety which has disturbed, transfigured and built the spiritual being of mankind; the great anxiety which I call religion.
