Esoteric schools and mystical teachings, part 2

There is one reality, more real than the reality,
that is the reality of the Spirit!

The second part of “Esoteric Schools and Mystical Teachings” from volume II of the series “History of Religions” by Vaklush Tolev is already on the book market. Everything inside it is post-Christian occultism. That is why in Plotinism and Hesychasm, Rosicrucianism and Theosophy, in Anthroposophy and Dunovism, the magic of heuristics is missing - there are only conclusions and interpretations. The adytum is missing – the hall of teaching and the coffin of initiation, the power of caduceus, i.e. the staff of Thoth. For the worldview of the European culture is determined by bygone mythologies and Christianity as monastic behaviour. We haven’t forgotten that at the time when Plotinus gave the gradation “virtuous citizen, Son of God, God, even Father of Gods”, Christ had already said “I and my Father are one”. Or when we read the doctrine about the cosmic evolution of Rosicricuans, we cannot forget what Adam said – “I am naked, My Lord” – and Lord God made coat of skin and clothed him…

Two factors make the history – Creation and Knowledge; and two forces determine being – Love and Death.
If hesychasm wants appliance in “theory and praxis”, then isn’t Tabor a testimony for Transfiguration? And in order to hide behind the human wisdom, theosophy was metamorphosed by anthroposophy – fear, that man is god in evolution?!
This concept is the bitter cup of the author, who drank from it because of the knowledge the reader must attain.
Nobody after Christ has changed the altar of praying! The mystical askesis is not a change of the doctrine, it is only a way – method for insight, but still not a concept for predestination.
The biggest trauma of the post-Christian occultism was made and left by the psychology of inquisition. And how far the modern world remained from the God’s humanity, that seeks itself in the Human divinity, the reader would discover on his own in the Way of Wisdom Teaching, where there is no super miracle, but knowledge.
Thus, the smallest lesson that one can learn from this second volume “Esoteric Schools and Mystical Teachings” from “History and Theory of Religions” is that for the Initiated it is necessary:
- a virtue called Humbleness;
- an act of will, called Responsibility, and
- a doubtless sacrifice, called Valour!
